Hi, i m srujana shree ([protected]) from hyderabad. Its been over a month i have ot been able to send messages from my vodafone sim. I have called customer care, but its a pre-recorded voice that guides us to press the numbers. And theres no such option which can relate to my problem and no option where i can talk to a customer care representative. Why does my message sending option even need to get deactivated? I believe its a very poor service. This mobile number is linked with all my major documents so i really dont want to change it. Please help
