Hi team,
I am not able to send the port message to 1900. This issue is on going for more than a month. I have raised several complaints via Vodafone Live Chat support team, Vodafone Store and Vodafone customer care number 198/199/[protected].
Everytime the executive would apologize and raise the complaint number. On the due date of the completion of request, I would receive a message stating that I have been provided the interim solution for the request.
This has happened approximately 4-5 times.
Further I have also dropped a mail to Nodal office and still there is no solution for this.
As a consumer I tried everything from changing my cell, reaching to Vodofone Store, Customer care executives, nodal office, etc but still no appropriate response.
In the end I am the one who is suffering and paying for that too.
