[Resolved] Vodafone India — not able to send sms

My calls are continuously dropping. I want to port out but i am unable to send sms because they have barred my sms service. I have contacted them many times. They assured me to resolve the problem by saying that they have registered my complaint and they will resolve it by contacting me. Please help me. My mobile no. Is [protected]. The given me many dates within which my problem will be resolved but nothing has happened. I just want my sms barred removed. Thank u

Finally after about a week problem resolved.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
