[Resolved] Vodafone India — not activating sim card since 7 days | |||
I lost my Vodafone SIM card [protected] on 04 September 2019 and had it blocked the same day. I then visited the store personally and submitted the required documents to obtain a new SIM. It is now 11 September 2019 and the new SIM is still not active. I visited the store again today (11 Sept) and resubmitted the documents. I was told it would start working by 17:00 today and it is now 22:30 and it does not work. I had a conversation with Vodafone's customer care service and the agent said I need to visit the store again since there is nothing he can do at his end. I don't understand how they expect me to visit the store for the THIRD time in a week for something that is not my fault. It is clearly their deficiency. Sep 18, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved After 5 personal visits to the vodafone store and numerous phone calls and emails, my sim was finally activated after 11 days. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
