Vodafone India — not allowing to port out

For mobile number [protected] my porting request got cancelled twice thought all my outstanding where cleared... Actually i gave an porting request on 14/7/17 at that time no outstanding amount was there vodafone perambur chennai said no need to pay extra amount since no outstanding amount u can give porting request.. Then i got a call from vodafone saying they may give me better plan i said no and they cancelled my port out request... Second request i gave on 25/7/17... At that time also no due amount... My second port out also got rejected saying bill not cleared... Yesterday i cleared all dues and now saying to pay extra 100... I didn't make single outgoing call from 14/7/17... Pathetic vodafone services will never recommend anyone for vodafone worst services
