Vodafone India — not deactivate data pack

Recently activated offer in vodafone which has 4 gb 4g data (1-month validity). Only a few mb data has been used till now. Now due to some reason, i deactivated my internet service by sending message "stop" to 1925 (This sms is also chargeable) but they deactivated my internet pack. Now when i activated it back, my balance of around 3.5 gb has been gone. I lost 3.5 gb data. According to trai, start/stop is meant for internet usage in main balance and its, not for data packs. For using data packs, it's deemed to be restricted to the specific data volume or the specific period. But vodafone is against the trai regin and they are cutting data pack, they are looting the data balance. I kindly request them to revert the data balance in my account. I had a discussion with vodafone customer service, but they did not agree to revert the data balance.
