Vodafone India — Not interested to serve new customer after jio | |||
Dear Vodafone India Name: Jai Govind Bansal Mob: [protected] This is Jai Govind Bansal, I have applied MNP ([protected]) Aircel Prepaid to Vodafone Prepaid near about 15 days ago, but till the date i didn't get any status on it.Every week i am inquiring with Vodafone relationship branch but they are helpless and don't know where is the process. And what to update to the customer on this.I don't know from which side(Vodafone or Retail Store) it is being processed, I surprised bit ashamed for Vodafone employee he is in such a situation what to update to the customer for MNP process status. Even i call on the "[protected]"they keep me hold for 20.50 min afterward they say we cant do any thing . plz contact to retailer . i told then i applied in Soniput and now i am in Ghuwathi 250 km far from that retail store, they said we cant update anything . you have to physically visit that store again again . that the your company process, that's the way we welcome your new customer.
