Vodafone India — not received security deposit of postpaid after 7-8 months of porting out

My number was with vodafone postpaid but i ported out to Jio and got email from vodafone about Rs.792 refund of security deposit but waiting for 7-8 months and lots of complaints to customer care still no money received
once customer care person said that u will receive money in ur prepaid account but not received any money
