Vodafone India — Not Refunding my security Money

Dear Sir,

I have converted my vodafone number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid one year ago... but my security money doesn't come back to me... I have gone vodafone store 5-6 times... But Everytime they just give a unperiodic answer... Please help me in getting my security money.
