This is to bring into your kind attending that I am trying to port my number to Airtel but I am unable to do so as number is not been released from your end. I have been billing issues for my numbers [protected], [protected] but none of your associates have been able to resolve the queries. I have called multiple times to your customer care but issue remain unresolved. I had opted for Rs 375 plan but end up paying Rs 900 and that too unnecessary charges. So to restore peace of my mind, I have opted to move out of Vodafone but here also MY EXPECTATIONS WERE WRONG... Kindly assist me or else I had to make sure nobody people refrain from using Vodafone services.
