Vodafone India — offer not credited to my account (mobile no. [protected])

Yesterday when I checked my offer for my mobile no. [protected] by dialing *121#, it was shown that I have an offer o[censored]nlimited call facilities for 28 days by a Recharge of Rs. 109/-. I recharged my above no. accordingly but surprisingly only a talk time of Rs. 89/- (approx.) added to my account instead of the above unlimited call facilities. I called Vodafone Customer Care several times by dialing 198 from my Vodafone no. but it was not responding. After that I called Vodafone customer care again from my other Vodafone no. and that time it was responded by one Vodafone Customer Care Executive but he didn't provide any help or support to me and advised me to contact Vodafone Customer Care through their e-mail no. with a screen shot of the message that is showing "unlimited call facilities". I therefore took the video screen shot of the message that is being sent as attached
