[Resolved]  Vodafone India — online recharge amount not reflected in balance

Dear sir, My phone No: [protected] I had purchased 100 r.s. credit through vodafone online shop .My Order ID[protected]. Payment transaction ID :BSBI [protected] Date of order 10th Jan 2015. Even i got a message from vodafone the same day i got a recharge of 100/-. But when i check my balance by 111 it is showing the old balance only .the amount i recharged on 10th is not added.Even i call 198 for compliant they give some number i check that also, still no use. Again i call the customer care they told i have not recharged, to check with bank., which is not acceptable for me, because i already got message from vodafone i had recharged rs.100., then how is this possible.even the amount 100 is debited from my account. This is not acceptable. It is a cheating as a customer of vodafone from your side .. Please do needful. Thank you. Risha Vishnu [protected]@yahoo.com r
