Dear Sir / Madam, Reproducing below the response received from Vodafone. Despite of assurance from them, as indicated in mail, neither my outgoing call facility has been restored nor anyone has approached me after this mail. I am completely clueless about how to approach Vodafone as there is no other forum in vodafone to escalate the disruption of services. I am submitting this complaint with a hope of getting it resolved at the earliest. Needless to say, it is a post-paid connection. Since march 02, my outgoing call facility has been barred despite of payment of INR 5500 on March 01 which has been duly acknowledged by ur organization. I want the reasoning behind such ban. I've brought this issue thrice with ur live chat facility. If required, same can be tracked from my customer profile. All assurances have failed to deliver. Today, I am visiting south city Vodafone centre in Kolkata. Representatives are very co-operative. But they are also unable crack this mystery of banning my outgoing calls. Appreciate a prompt response followed by immediate restoration of services. Let me also clarify, I'm not expecting software driven prompt response.
