Vodafone India — Outgoing connection facility not available please resolve issue early.

We have raise above issue on yestrday.the same issue will be taken from your costumer end...we get new sim and activated with in two hours..but now again we are facing same problem.agian new sim will be out going facility not availabe please take this issue immidate and resolve as early as possible.
