Vodafone India — outgoing service validity expired even after having a balance of rs.1213.48 in my prepaid account. | |||
Dear sir, it is about the dirty business policy which vodafone has started. Vodafone is pulling back the customer in the 90s era when monthly recharge was must to keep the mobile services active. Even after having more than sufficient balance of rs.1213.48 in my prepaid account, all of my outgoing call, sms etc. Has been stopped. I have been using vodafone for the past 9 years and this is very disappointing from a service provider like vodafone. I am seriously thinking of shifting to jio as this is the second time i am having problem with vodafone. Please resolve the above issue asap. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have my last data transmission in october month and I recharged my number in last week . when I make a call it isn't making it instead it is saying "you are barred because you have no service"
