[Resolved] Vodafone India — Outgoing sms barred on sim since i bought it

Since i have bought the sim i find that the outgoing sms' meet with an error - ' message not sent'. Tried contacting vodafone care a number of times but they all say that sms barring option has been enabled on your sim abd you need to manually remove it. Fact is there is no manual barring facility available on my android phone nor has it even been done by me.
The executives just say that they cant solve this issue and it's been really frustrating. I would really like some serious solution from their side to plucking out this issue.

Going to the store finally paid off and the particular store address my problem. I guess the executives need to be trained well
