Vodafone India — outgoing sms not working | |||
I am not able to send sms from my vodafone number and i am not getting any help from their support. They are just asking me anything to do and i did those but still its not working. Everytime they are coming with an excuse and at the end they asked me to change my mobile phone. Its already my second mobile phone. Also, they are not helping me to port my number. Vodafone is not providing my Internet service . When I called to contact customer care executive they just dropped the call. This is second time that it is happening with me and last time they stopped the service for more than 24 hours and I had to face a lot harrassment and incorporating and unprofessional executives.
