I am really facing problem from the Vodafone service. Every month they generates wrong bill and everytime I have to go the rectify the bill.
On the month of 1 November 2014 I have requested to deactivate my internet Plan and accidentally it was deactivated. But since my bill date is 28th they charged me for that month. I went to CP Vodafone frenchise and cleared the bill and cross check with the concern executive Mr Chandan and he informed me that from next month onwards no more Data charges will be included in my mobile bill but it was happened again in the month of January 2015. In my mobile bill data charges has been included but I have deactivated the internet service in the month of November 2014.
Again on 18 February 2015 i went to CP Vodafone Frenchise and talk to another executive because Mr Chandan was on leave I was said by the Attended executive. Now the attended executive is saying that my number has still Vodafone Live is active. Now my query is if I deactivated the internet services then how come Vodafone claim that in my number Vodafone live active without my knowledge.
The addendent Executive suggest me that they are sending a request to refund the additional Data charge amount and will return reverse the same within seven days. But suggest me to pay the remaining bill amount and i have paid the remaining amount of Rs 300 and Data charge amount if Rs 1034 approx will refunded as I mentioned earlier as they said.
For last twodays I was receiving a messages saying tomorrow will call you from certain number but I haven't received any call from them and now my mobile is deactivated.
Now can anyone suggest me how to deal this.
