Vodafone India — outgoing stopped even though I paid red family plan bill | |||
Dear Concern desk I have been holding [protected] from the Hutch days, I have made 2 more vodafone connection as part of Red family plan. Suddenly my [protected] which is my business purpose number has been stopped for outgoing in the name of pending bill I have paid regularly all dues under the family RED plan, this month also I paid the due. This whimsical action from your end is leading to my business loss . I am VP of TATA group company . I want immediate action to make sure my above number outgoing is functional and I dont suffer any business . service loss Please note I will take this matter very seriously if this is not taken care immediate basis. If you have any previous outstanding legitimate dues, then do produce bills and send written communication in that aspect. Without any written proof of hype claim if you stop the service its violation of consumer right. I will be force to reach Mr Sunil Sood and consult my legal adviser if this is not taken care soon.
