Vodafone India — Over billing | |||
Sir, I, Subrata, Vodafone's Customer have received a bill amounting to Rs. 5500+/-. I am a customer of Vodafone since 2012. My most usage is in data bellow 1 GB . My average bills amount to Rs. 600/- to Rs. 700/-. I visited the store in the month of November 2015 at Indirapuram Ghaziabad and meat Mr Rohit and another 2 customer service person and told them why vodaphone is charging Rs.3500. on my last month bill. They told that you have used 2.89 Gb, I dont know how they people calculate and I take the plan of ! GB. how it goes to 2.89 GB. After so many followups today Khusbu ([protected]) told me that she can give Rs2500. discount and I ask her to give Rs3500. minimum which is not used by me, and she denied Sir, I request you to check regarding this issue, my bills since 3 year when I bought the connection, are amounting around Rs. 600 to Rs. 700. Why will I give the 3500, if their is no fault from my side and why vodaphone people agreed to wave off 2500. that means they have over charged And my phone is been disconnected last two months. So, please look out after this issue, and get it cleared as soon as possible as my phone is disconnected now and I have important calls to make & receive.
