Vodafone India — over charge of the bill | |||||
Dear sir We are currently using vodafone and several days back i had done international roaming in my phone. I had requested vodafone customer people via phone that i want a international roaming pack for my number. They said they would process the thing but they didn't do anything due to which i had to face lot of problem and my bill landed to rs 13460. On 4th or 5th may 2018 i had asked them to activate the pack but they didn't do it saying that we had not said them to do so. So we asked the customer care people to send us the recordings of the conversation if we had not said of any activation of the pack. But they didn't give us any kind of proof which said so. Also we mailed them several times and the call made on 4th may 2018 isn't being shown in their data. But we had called them on all the days from 29 april to 15-16 may 2018. Hence we are not satisfied with service of vodafone as they are not giving us the proof of the recordings that is there in there system which would prove out. We have made the payment of the bill but we want our money back as we stated them to activate the pack but due their irresponsibility it was not done so we are not at fault. Kindly look into the matter and you help us out in knowing the exact truth by giving the recordings. If we are at fault then we would accept but if they are at fault we would want our whole money back with interest that they have charged. Also attaching the mails for the matter spoken about.
