Vodafone India — over charges for internet in my vodafone bill

I am customer last 3 year of the vodafone company my mobile no - [protected], in my last bill, company has charged excess internet bill, due to this mistake i decide to switch off the vodafone, and choose the idea, i convert vodafone to idea, vodafone company representativer mr. Mr. Vimal shera call me and ask for pending payments, then i told him regarding the excess internet charges, then he said to me to make the full and final payments of rs. 536/- rest wrong charges i will wave off, i make the payments of rs. 536/-, today my phone outgoing discounting by idea company due to shown the pending bill amount.
