Vodafone India — Overbilling - poor service | |||
My Vodafone # [protected] Greetings I have used used your services in Qatar and other countries. Hence I had a very good opinion, but vanished as soon as I started. Bought on 1st Nov. 2016, returned on 30th Nov 2016. At the time of purchase, Rs 1, 500/- paid for dongle, informed for the 5 GB I shd pay only Rs. 650/-. Returned the dongle, refused to take it back and paid Rs 650. Again now I recd a bill for Rs. 337.34. Grateful if you could take necessary action to waive the bill and take back the dongle.
