Vodafone India — Overcharged bill

Hi, Vodafone India is giving me inflated bill for last two months. They are automatically activates VAS packs and charging for them. And some roaming packs were not activated on time, as directed by me. Because of that I had to pay heavy charges. And even I am asking break up of the bill, they are not providing that as well.
