[Resolved]  Vodafone India — paid bill. not credited

I made 2 bill payments of Ra.261 & Rs.260.07 on 19th May 2018. The first one got credited. The amount of Rs.260 is still not credited. Customer service is not helpful. I am attaching the paid receipt. Mobile number [protected]
I raised service requests but all were updated as closed without even resolving it or speaking to me clearly. No response for email to Vodafone.[protected]@vodafone.com

THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED TODAY. ONLY CONCERN IS VODAFONE SENT A MESSAGE TO ME YESTERDAY STATING THAT MY TRANSACTION GOT CANCELLED AND THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THE MONEY FROM ME. TODAY ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY CREDITED THE AMOUNT TO ME. STRANGE.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
