[Resolved] Vodafone India — paid bill. not credited | |||||
I made 2 bill payments of Ra.261 & Rs.260.07 on 19th May 2018. The first one got credited. The amount of Rs.260 is still not credited. Customer service is not helpful. I am attaching the paid receipt. Mobile number [protected] I raised service requests but all were updated as closed without even resolving it or speaking to me clearly. May 22, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED TODAY. ONLY CONCERN IS VODAFONE SENT A MESSAGE TO ME YESTERDAY STATING THAT MY TRANSACTION GOT CANCELLED AND THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THE MONEY FROM ME. TODAY ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY CREDITED THE AMOUNT TO ME. STRANGE. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
