Vodafone India — Paid for recharge but did not get Data/balance for it

I paid for a recharge of Rs102 (300MB 3G plan) on April 21, 2015. It has already been close to 20 days but I have not received the data for usage. When I called customer care, they argued that I had not done any such recharge. I have record of payment been made through my bank account (I had added two plans in my cart: Rs 251 and Rs 102. So I have record of a payment being made of Rs 353).
Please let me know what else do I need to provide. Thanks a lot in advance for your help.
