[Resolved] Vodafone India — pathetic and Careless people of Vodafone Store, Post to pre not converted for more than 4 days | |||
Hi, I had given request to convert my postpaid number into prepaid on 15th Nov at around 6.30pm. I was told that it will be done with in 4 hours. Till now my number did not get converted into prepaid.. No network is showing on the SIM card i got from the vodafone store, Kamla Nagar Delhi. Since yesterday I have been reinserting my sim, trying to get rid of this issue. I had called you CC twice everytime executive advised me to reinsert the SIM like a recorded parrot despite of sharing every concern of mine, they kept on repeating the same this. POOR CUSTOMER RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE. My number is not working for last 2 days. either give me resolution ASAP or i am going to file a legal case against your poor handling.
