This is regards to my number being disconnected without any prior intimation. I called today at customer support and spoke to Ritesh, he stated the line was disconnected due to non payment. for December bill. The bill amount was INR 1741, I made a payment of INR 1000 and informed the female at CS ( name - Sangeeta or Sarika not sure ), that she need to reinstate my line which was disconnected on 1st Jan 2015.
I had informed her that the remaining amount is a dispute, because of network, ( several complains put up with you all on bad network but no action taken ) the line was reinstated by the female on 7th and then I got a conformation from a pratamesh that there was a reversal of INR 1000 not sure why and the same was confirmed by Ritesh today.
Now the question is why was my line disconnected before the due date, THIS IS A COMPLETE HARASSMENT I EXPECT A COMPENSATION AND LINE TO BE ACTIVATED IN 24 HOURS. Was this information helpful? |
