Vodafone India — pathetic service - customer harassment by manipulating the bill

I am writing this here as i have been harassed by vodafone since past 7 months with this pathetic service that they provide. When i use the term "service", it does not relate to call dropouts or distortions. This is purely related to their billing. Every single month they tend to activate tons of vas on your phone and you get a message of being charged for the same when you have not requested for the same. You can either call up 155223 / send "stop" to the same number and get this vas deactivated. However you will be charged for the same during the month.

Then comes the worse thing, though its a mistake from vodafone servers, they will not call you to get your reversal done. Its you who have to call them every month post bill generation to get those charges reversed. You have to deal with their extremely terrible, senseless, robotic, pathetic, useless, clueless customer service agents and their extra pathetic thrash bag supervisors. One has to go through a mental torture every month wherein you do not even want to look at your phone for any other services when you have your normal rental covering all the basic things that you need.

Guess what? They will not even know why you are being charged during the month as they claim there systems are so incompetent.

I have been doing this for 7 months now but this month it took such a torture to be dealing with a bunch of fools who pretend to work in a telecom industry without even knowing why they are actually being hired.

To top it, their customer service do not even take complaints and they will never arrange a callback for you no matter how much ever they screw your happiness. Plus if you dare to register a complaint somehow against your bill, you get a call in about 3 days asking you how they can help you in getting additional vas services installed? Simply awesome!!!

I mean i have been a customer of vodafone for almost 6 to 7 years now but this kind of issues is been faced since last 7 months post the launch of the many better products in the market.

I don't know if me posting my complaint here will reach their corporate, but if it does reach i would expect some kind of reply from those brains who actually are worried about competing with jio instead of resolving the in-house problems in the first place.
