Dear sir/mam ( Consumer Court),
I'd purchased two post paid connections of the Vodafone. After few months they have been charged extra money. Even the customer hasn't subscribed any VAS nor GPRS. I'd given the complaint against their CEO (sunil.[protected]@vodafone .com as well as international CEO nick.[protected]@vadofone.com) but still no get any positive reply then i decided to deactivate both the connection, had a few words regarding to disconnections of the sim with their agents, after few days their collections department from okhla phase2 agents were called me and behaved with the rude manners and threatening me to pay the amount. I told them if the customer has still not get any positive response then why the customer pay you then they said pay the amount soon otherwise, when updated them about their CEO then again they used the same thing '' KON HAI CEO SUNIL SOOD KARDO MAIL". After all these thing I'd written email to sunil as well as gliddon about the great experince but careless both and not get any reply from their end. This brand didn't know about the customer services, escalation metrix, only they know how to SUCK the amount from the customer.
