Vodafone India — Payment done for disconnection of mobile nos; but disconnection not done;+[protected] and +[protected]

Hi,

Hi my self deepika kashyap; presently i am living in jammu.
. I have complain against the disconnection of my two number +[protected] and +[protected].
As i applied for disconnection of these two connection from jammu center with outstanding payment done on 03/11/2016. But till now these two connection are still active.

And now i got court notice regarding the payment (As attached)

Kindly note : i left chandigarh in october - end and on that time i visit vodacare in chandigarh and they say you will apply for disconnection after the bill generated. That's the reason i applied after the bill generated in november from jammu (J&k)

I surprised when i saw today notice from court regarding the outstanding payment, as known that i already paid the bill for disconnection of these two number in jammu center (Receipt attached).

Pls do the needful.
