I have already made the payment and bank has confirmed that payment is cleared from my account to vodafone. When i spoke to my bank they are asking an email confirmation from the biller stating that the payment is not made successfully to vodafone number. This has been going for 15 days i have provided all the necessary information to vodafone company which was provided by my bank and they still say its invalid information
