Vodafone India — payment issue

Hi Team,

I have requested to port my number from Vodafone ([protected]) to JIO. On same day 28 March 2019, i have done the payment of my vodafone postpaid no [protected] through vodafone store.
I have the receipt no and transaction details.

Transaction time : 28 Mar (Thu) 7:40 Pm.
Amount: 471 (I have fixed bill plan)

Now vodafone has sent an email to JIO to stop my service as i have outstanding amount to pay. I have already cleared my bill.

Can you please look into this.
