Vodafone India — Payment not updated since 11 days | |
Hi,
I'm sunil kumar mobile number is [protected] actually the matter is I have made the payment of Rs.1000 in Vodafone account on 8th august through the online mode by freecharge.in the same amount will be deducted from my account on same day but still not updated in vodafone's account so I was making calls in Vodafone customer services again and again but they always said that they did not receive the same amount but as per my discussion in bank the same amount will be credited in Vodafone's account on same day through the transaction id[protected] but as per their executive tracking team not able to track the same transaction id.
Looking forward to an action soon in this regard

Its really shame on you that some one of your side make me call to diverse the some details of my account and they hack my account with these details
