[Resolved] Vodafone India — payment of bill | |||
This is in reference to my mobile number [protected], this is a vodafone number which i have been using for more than a decade. On 29th november 2018, i made a payment of rs. 550/- through paytm from my mobile number [protected]. As per paytm the payment has been successfully transacted to vodafone account and they have shared the transaction id and reference number. Vodafone has been consistently denying the acceptance of the payment and when i shared the payment details with them, they are compelling me to show my bank account statement, i believe under the indian constitution act, no company can compel me to share my personal bank account details. Moreover to worsen the case, when the payment issue is under dispute, vodafone has barred the outgoing calls of my number. I am not writing this complaint for a small amount of rs. 550/-, rather i am writing this because i am sure like me this company must be fooling hundred other indian customers by fraudulent ways. I request you to please take a strict action against the company, being an international company they should be more sensitive with the indian customers, but, they have been doubting on my integrity.
