Vodafone India — Permanent deactivation of number | |||
Hello, My vodafone number is [protected] and monthly rental plan is of rs. 299. I am writing this complaint because i want to permanently deactivate my vodafone number. The reason for this is i faced a lot of network issues after activating my no. The area where i am living currently have very poor vodafone reception. As soon as i reach my home the vodafone network shows no service. It remains same till i come out of my home to a certain distance. Also during registering i was not informed anything about personal verification for address. And i received a phone call for submitting the address proof photo on whatsapp for verification within 48 hrs. Due to some reason i could not send them the address proof that they itself. But they deactivated my services next day itself even when my 48 hrs time limit was not over. The services were restarted after few days when there verification was over. Till that i could not use my vodafone no. Even after providing all the identity proofs during registration. Taking into account all these issues i have decided to deactivate the number.
