Dear sir, we change the plan to your customer care department on 2nd jan. plan 349 and 250 internet plan. but my plan activate only 349..and so we want discount . according your customer care department, he says your discount in next billing. but nothing any discount. for this reason my ourgoing is ward many time . and now this time my outgoing is ward. so please my warm request, please shorout this problem.
