I had requested your executive to change my plan to 149 rental during may 17. Till date its not changed and i am making payment unnecessarily for higher bill amount whereas call usage is very less. My numbers are [protected] & [protected].
[protected] is atleast used but [protected] is kept at home for additional purpose hence is for used receiving calls and so must be billed very less. Kindly look into matter and reverse my payment to my mobile bill account at the earliest
