[Resolved] Vodafone India — Plan change promised not done and received high bill for [protected] | |||
Hi, I had a web conversation on 16 Dec 2014 as I was getting a better Plan from Idea network the executive Abhinay offered me Vodafone Red 899 plan which i accepted and the executive promised me it would be activated in 2 hrs however when i checked the next day it was not yet activated and the executive Ruksana stated that they are raising a ticket for the same and stated the plan may not be activated till the next billing cycle date. I had informed that i was promised by their executive Abhinay it would be activated within 2 hrs and now they are giving a different answer. I informed them that incase my bill is high i will dispute he charges as had a much better plan with Idea, Now i have been sent a bill more than 3000 which is more than double the amount i normally pay. I want Vodafone to reverse the charges for data or charge me as per the Red 899 plan as promised on the 16th Dec 2014 as per request ID [protected]. Incase it not done i will dispute the bill and not pay the same and file a complaint with TRAI for giving false commitments and misleading customers. Thanks, Dsouza.
