Now 8 days no resolution i will keep on updating this horrible experince i just want to upgrade my plan to higher one i did with app and it did not upgraded called call center they are giving promises from last 5 days it will be resolved in 24 hours and it is escalted to highest level shocked to see that highest level itself takes this much amount of time till today no resolution and one more false promise of 24 hours opting out from vodafone due such multiple issues very disappointing
