I am sorry to say that it is my one of the worst service
experience in 6years of Vodafone service.
On 02-Jan-2015 I have requested for my Current company’s
Corporate Plan activation and when I contacted your call center I was surprised
to know that the plan was not activated hence reminded on 05-Jan-2015. You have
activated it on 07-Jan-2015 .For which I had to suffer for
7days without any call & internet.
Now on 22-Jan-2015 I called on your toll free No 111. I have
enquired about Roaming. Got to know that for Roaming activation I will be
charged Rs149 for a month and if I deactivate the plan I will be charged
proportionately. Hence asked the CSE to activate the Plan.
I am shocked to hear that the Roaming plan was not activated
till 27-Jan-2015 and then the CSE has taken request for the same and
Activated the plan on 29-Jan-2015.Again service issue for
which I may charge for all the incoming calls.
I am under impression that data pack is of 3G and while
operating from my mobile why am getting 2g signal.
On the receipt of My bill come to know that Vodafone has charged
me for internate usage. Where I had my corporate Plan active during my roaming
days. Hence called 111(tollfree No)I am surprised to hear from the CSE that my
earlier corporate plan has deactivated while activating the Roaming Plan.
No one has ever explained me that if the roaming plan activated once
the main plan will not be considered, Then I would not have considered myself
for the roaming Plan.
It’s really a shocker to me and my entire experience with Vodafone
getting worsen day by day.
I marked several mails to Corporate.Assist @ Vodafone.com & the
Nodal ID. But I have not received any positive feedback from them.
Hoping for a positive reply and waver in some of my bill amount am
writing this.
Hopefully will get a positive reply to pay my bill & Continue
