Vodafone India — poor network and unable to use service due to poor network | |||
I have been customer of vodafone postpaid service since last 6.5 years. I repeatedly complained about poor network problem in my residential area. Vodafone customer care always notes my complaints and forward to network team. However still there is no action taken to resolve this issue. As per your complaints procedure all the complaints are automatically closed after 7 days after complaints received. Such type of response is considered as non-scientific and non - professional. Customer care and network team are unable to resolve the poor network issue in my residential place. They don’t even provide time limit to resolve poor network issue as they consider it is confidential information. Enclosed - 1 screen shot of complaits which were closed without any action. 2. I am trying to deactivate the PCN by sending NPCN to 111 but message is not going from my phone, kindly help me to deactivate the PCN as it is very annoying
