Hi team, i am having frequent network issue with vodafone service, i am complaint many time to them but each time they say issue they work on this and it will take time, when i ask them to provide the rebate, they say they can't provide this form. As discussed on 06-jul-2019, i would like to inform you that field survey is completed in your location please be informing you that our network engineers have already done a detailed survey at your location and despite our best efforts towards optimization of the network and during the visit observed no issues found with voice services. Observed issue with data speed due to high utilization in serving site. As per the current set up further improvement not possible.in addition, we are unable to provide an immediate solution to this problem as network roll out is an on-going exercise, this phase is expect to be completed at the earliest and we are unable to provide you the accurate period to resolve the data speed issue. Also, i would like to inform you that we are not able to provide waiver for the network problem. We thank you for your patience and support, and will keep you inform of developments in the months to come. We will continue to carry out regular network up-gradation activities in order to optimize the quality of our existing network. We will keep you post, if any optimization is plan in the future. Also, we would like to inform you that charges are only for monthly rental and there is no usage charges. We are not able to waive off the flat rental charge.
