Vodafone India — poor service | |||
Its related to mobile numbers [protected] and [protected]. I went to vodafone store to get these numbers changed from postpaid to prepaid on 10 th of this month and submitted adhar cards for both the numbers at the vodafone store executive (Gurmeet singh), dharampura bazar, patiala. Both of these numbers changed from postpaid to prepaid plan on 12th of this month. On 18th i recieved a message on both of these numbers asking for submition of documents otherwise both the numbers will be barred and then on the same day at around 12 outgoing from both of my numbers was barred. My family member rushed to the store and submitted the documents again and executive told that the numbers will start wroking within two hours. I waited till next day but the numbers didnt work. Next day both incoming and outgoing was barred on my numbers. Then again my family member went twice to the store and they told that number will start wroking by 6:00 pm. Then i myself went to the store and talked to executive (Gurmeet singh) and asked him that where did my documents go that i submitted on first day and he told me that they are lost in courier service. Also when i visited there store on saturday i completely made them understand that the next day is sunday so kindly activate it by saturday only otherwise they have to compensate for this. Gurmeet singh confirmed that the numbers will start working by 7:30 pm that is the closing time of the store. But service was not still activated. I missed many of my important calls due to stoppage of incoming on my numbers and had to bear a huge loss. Servies were activated by monday. Then i wrote mail to vodafone care and one of the executive responded to my mails and told me that the store manager will contact me asap but no one contacted me. Reference number is [protected]. Also i am attaching a screenshot of the mail recieved from vodafone who confirmed me that store manager will call me but no one does. First of all i need compensation for the loss i beared and the important phone calls i missed due to your irresponsibility in handling my documents. I beared a huge loss due to this. Second vodafone lost my signed id proofs, so i need them back so that they cannot be miss used. Was this information helpful? | |||
