Vodafone India — poor service | |||
Hello, My complaint is regarding Vodafone India. I have been a using my number for last 8 years, since last 2 years I have not been able to use services in my home. Since this is my personal number I primarily use this number at home. I have been complaining multiple times to which i only get calls to reconfirm my problem. Nothing has been done yet. I have paid my bills since last 2 years. Since there is no services that I get I have stopped making payments, I have been getting calls from people claiming to be from legal team. When I told them that I am not going to pay any further my pending charges need to be waived off and I be allowed to port out. These people started telling me that they would call my contacts and tell them I am fraud. I need a solution on this. I am not paying anymore. Neither I am going to troubleshoot because the people who call are absolutely incompetent, I say this because every time they call they ask silly questions. Was this information helpful? | |||
