Vodafone India — poor service level persists past 3 month and there is no feed back | |
I hold a 15 + years of relationship with vodafone bearing number[protected]. Off late, past 3 months, i started getting a very poor service (Frequent call drops, very low signal strength etc.) in my office premises, which is situated in dadar (West) near tilak bridge, supposedly a central location of mumbai. Upon several follow up mails, i was told that there could not be any service level improvement as vodafone doesn't own any tower in the nearby vicinity. To me the reasoning was absurd, as earlier i was getting a good service at the same office which suddenly turned bad later. Upon requesting a mail confirmation, your officer didn't do so. I have escalated the matter couple of months back to the nodal and appellate officer of vodafone; however there is no service level improvement nor any feedback from any one of them. It's surprising that in spite of so many mails in vodafone's mailbox on the subject matter from end, your billing department is religiously sending me a monthly bill. I don't know for what?
