Vodafone India — Poor Signal and Number Portability Issues | |||
Dear Sir, My name is Karthikeyan S and I am using 6 connections of Vodafone under CUG scheme. The numbers are [protected], 37, 24, 25, 26, 27. Last one year I am struggling with the poor signal quality and I made several requests and no progress at all from your side. Finally I applied for a number portability on 22nd of May 2015 after consulting a customer care executive the process for the same. After that I approached Airtel and they completed all the formalities like issuing SIM card and address verification. Your bill got generated very late but once it's generated I paid the same on the same day. Yesterday I got an SMS stating my portability request got rejected because of the time duration for portability is expired. I spoke to Mr. Vignesh supervisor Vodafone committed that he will call me on 11/05/2015 3.00 pm but no call back was made and I made call to customer care again they also committed that I will get a call by 8.30 pm on the same day. No call back till now. I made a call again to the customer care but the person who said as my number is under corporate plan I have to check my feasibility of portability before sending SMS to 1900. After 21 days I am getting a new information today from Vodafone. I have a very huge call drop which as per latest telecommunication ministry circular or proposed plan I can claim for the last one year bill which I paid to you because of poor signal. Here my point is please release me from this network which I had almost eight years of relationship. I am frustrated the way the guide client like me who is educated and know the process. How you people will treat me if an under educated or uneducated fights with you. Here if I don't get any solution I have to approach the consumer court soon.
