I am customer of vodafone since many years. My mobile number is [protected]. Due to signal problems at my residence and home I do not want to continue services from vodafone and wanted to shift to Airtel. I tried many times to port to Airtel but due to reasons unknown I was unable to port. I am trying since past one year. Its matter of great shame that such a big company is harassing the customers like this.
I request the concerned people to kindly look into the matter as this is creating a lot of problems.
Looking forward for a favourable reply and action.
