Vodafone India — Porting of number

i have had the most pathetic of experience while using vodafone numbers since last 6 months. So i decided to port to Airtel. Its been almost 2 months since we have applied for porting but Vodafone is always rejecting porting request on very absurd basis. They are saying the porting code doesnt match with the request provided. i have all the proofs in the world to prove my complaint, but don't know whom to complaint. Another interesting thing, Only corporate numbers are not being ported. we ported 2 individual numbers at the same time and those have been ported.
