Vodafone India — Porting out due to network issue | |||||
I ([protected]) have recently switch to Vodafone from Idea and from then I am facing network issue for my number. I have contacted customer service multiple times but still the issue is not fixed. I have also visited Vodafone store for help but no one seems to be interested in helping. Tried all suggested options by network department. Change of handset. Setting the network to manual. Change of SIM. I am unable to port out since I have not completed 90 days period. But if the network issue continues as it is now, it will cause huge loss for my business as it is my main contact number. Help me porting out of Vodafone as I can't afford the loss which will be caused if I continues with this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
